The Star: Green Sauce and Pickled Onions

Everyone knows the Avocado Toast, but we burst the flavors of it. We love avocado, but using our Green Sauce as the base takes this toast to a whole new level of flavor.

How to make it:

  1. Toast a thick slice of multigrain or sourdough bread.

  2. Spread a generous layer of our Green Sauce directly onto the toast (it’s creamy enough to replace the avocado entirely!).

  3. Top with your favorite protein—a poached egg or smoked salmon works beautifully.

  4. Finish with a pile of our bright pink Pickled Onions for that signature crunch and acidity.
