Warm Baked Brie with Sweet Peppers

The Star: Pickled Bell Peppers

If you need a party appetizer in less than 15 minutes, this is it. The heat of the oven wakes up the sweetness and vinegar in the peppers, cutting through the richness of the cheese perfectly.

Ingredients:

  • Grandpa’s Recipes Product (The Star)

  • Brie or Camembert cheese

How to make it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Place a wheel of your cheese in a small oven-safe dish.

  3. Top the cheese generously with our chopped Pickled Bell Peppers.

  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is soft and starting to ooze.

Chef’s Note: Serve immediately with crackers or crusty bread.
