The Star: Pickled Beets & Onions

You don’t even need extra dressing; the brine from the jar is the perfect vinaigrette!

How to make it:

  1. Start with a bed of fresh arugula or mixed greens.

  2. Add our Pickled Beets & Onions.

  3. Our Favorite Twist: Add sweet corn for a pop of sweetness and feta or goat cheese for creaminess.

  4. Top with walnuts for crunch. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the brine from the jar over the salad, toss, and serve.
