The Star:Pickled Beets & Onions

You don’t even need extra dressing; the brine from the jar is the perfect vinaigrette!

Ingredients:

  • Grandpa’s Recipes Product (The Star)

  • Arugula or mixed greens

  • Sweet corn

  • Feta or goat cheese

  • Walnuts (Optional)

How to make it:

  1. Start with a bed of your greens.

  2. Add our Pickled Beets & Onions.

  3. Our Favorite Twist: Add sweet corn for a pop of sweetness and feta or goat cheese for creaminess.

  4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the brine from the jar over the salad, toss, and serve.

Chef’s Note: Top with walnuts for extra crunch.
