Rustic Mediterranean Crostinis
The Star:Pickled Sun-dried Tomatoes or Pickled Eggplant
This is the recipe that started it all at the market. It’s simple, rustic, and highlights the quality of our vegetables.
Ingredients:
Grandpa’s Recipes Product (The Star)
Sourdough baguette
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmessan Cheese (Optional)
How to make it:
Slice a your bread and brush lightly with olive oil.
Top with a slice of fresh mozzarella and bake until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and add a generous spoonful of our Sun-dried Tomatoes or Pickled Eggplant.
Chef’s Note: Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!
