Rustic Mediterranean Crostinis

The Star: Pickled Sun-dried Tomatoes or Pickled Eggplant

This is the recipe that started it all at the market. It’s simple, rustic, and highlights the quality of our vegetables.

How to make it:

  1. Slice a fresh sourdough baguette and brush lightly with olive oil.

  2. Top with a slice of fresh mozzarella and bake until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  3. Remove from the oven and add a generous spoonful of our Sun-dried Tomatoes or Pickled Eggplant.

The Secret: Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!
