Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

The Star: Pickled Sun-dried Tomatoes

This recipe focuses on creating a cohesive sauce by emulsifying heavy cream and parmesan with the herb-infused oil from our Sun-Dried Tomatoes. The result is a rich, restaurant-quality pasta dish suitable for family dining.

Ingredients:

  • Grandpa’s Recipes Product (The Star)

  • Pasta (Penne or Fettuccine recommended)

  • Chicken Breast (sliced)

  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to make it:

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water for the sauce.

  2. Sauté the chicken in a pan using 1 tablespoon of the oil from the Sun-Dried Tomato jar until fully cooked.

  3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the heavy cream, parmesan, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens and reaches a smooth consistency.

  4. Fold the pasta into the sauce. Adjust the consistency using the reserved pasta water as needed.

Chef’s Note: Adding the pasta water helps the sauce adhere to the pasta, ensuring an even distribution of flavor in every serving.
